Pages: 1-18

Calder, Tommy, and Petra were sitting down talking about how they all hate all their teachers. They were also talking about how they all wished that they were in the same class. The main topic of their conversations was their horrible teacher, Ms. Button. In their town there was an exhibition of Alexander Calder’s works. Ms. Button, the art teacher, was taking the whole grade to see the exhibition. While on the bus, Tommy saw the long line to get in to the exhibition and he said, “ Do we really have to wait in that line ?” Ms. Button was very upset that he said this so she made him wait at the very end of the line. Also, Calder was talking to his friends about how in a weeks time, his dad was taking him to London . His father was going there on business and had an extra ticket so Calder’s mother thought that he should take Calder with him.
